About our society
WWES champions equality in the STEM industry. Our aim is to support and advance careers in STEM regardless of gender, race or religion.
To empower our members, we offer:
- Professional development through industry talks, STEM startup insights, mock interviews, and much more
- Networking opportunities with our sponsors and many other company collaborations with both online and in-person events
- Raising diversity awareness by running mindfulness and wellbeing sessions
- Outreach to local schools to inspire and raise their STEM awareness
- Regular social events to solidify the community supporting minorities in STEM
